Goldcool Games CEO Ge Binbin disclosed during its mini-blog that the company is brewing the listing and seeking for related securities firms currently.

Goldcool Games, an excellent online game development and operation firm on the domestic market, has strengthened the research strength in the 3D games development on basis of the release of some games brands, having reserved several large-sized 3D online games such as Legend of Dragon.

At the beginning of 2010, Shanda Games Limited, a leading online games developer and operator in the nation, announced the acquisition of Goldcool Games, which is expected to be an important move for Shanda to lay out the large-sized 3D online games production line and overseas expansion strategy. The CEO also disclosed that Goldcool Games is an independent company, and the parent company supports the listing.
